FOEC is a ministry of Faith Outreach Church, dedicated to serving the children and families of the Hampton/Newport News with affordable Christ-centered, academically excellent Pres-school, Elementary and Secondary education for children age 2 through the 12th Grade. The school began in 1979 and has grown from just a few students to an average combined student body of 135.

We are a Christian School that uses the Word of God as our source and foundation in all that we do. We are a multi-cultural school with children and staff from a variety of cultural backgrounds. We are a small school with limited facilities and programs, but what we lack in these areas we more than make up for in the area of dedicated staff with a commitment to spiritual, as well as academic growth for each of the children that God entrusts to our care. We are desperate for the presence of God to be among us and our student body and we are on a mission to create an atmosphere where He would want to manifest His presence with us daily.
