View our History» MISSION STATEMENT Faith Outreach exists to share the gospel, restore broken lives, teach and train in righteousness and to prepare for the soon return of Christ. VISION STATEMENT Faith Outreach is a multicultural church where people of all ages can encounter God, see His love through our relationships and experience His power through our ministries. WHO WE ARE We are a people desperate for the presence of God, Hungry for the Word of God and Thirsty for the manifestation of God’s power and glory! SCRIPTURE Jude 22-23 22 And you must show mercy to those whose faith is wavering. 23 Rescue others by snatching them from the flames of judgment. Show mercy to still others, but do so with great caution, hating the sins that contaminate their lives. ASPECTS OF OUR MISSION The Aspects of our mission centers around FREEDOM Fellowship "See His love thru our relationships” We will show the world Christ’s love by the way we care and love one another. Restoration “Restore broken lives” We will help minds and lives be renewed, no longer conforming to this world. Encounter “People of all ages can encounter God” Because we are forever changed in his presence, we will provide opportunities for people to encounter God. Expectation “Prepare for the soon return of Christ” We will prepare our lives and wait in excitement for the day of His visitation Discipleship “Teach and train in righteousness” We will nurture a desire and provide opportunities to grow in our relationship with Christ Outreach “Share the gospel” We will let our lives be a testimony of God’s power to transform lives and share our story with those whom God gives us the opportunity Ministry “Experience His power thru our ministry” We will seek out and fulfill opportunities to serve each other, the church, and the community. Core Values ACCEPTANCE We will accept and love believers and unbelievers alike, but not their sin. STEADFAST We will look to and stand on the Bible as the standard on which our lives should be built. We will lovingly confront sin in our midst, making every effort to restore people. We will not be swayed by man’s opinions and/or personal convictions. PRAYER Prayer is a key and important part of who we are. Prayer is a tool we desire to use well and often. We believe God still responds to our prayers. SERVANTHOOD God has called us to serve others as He served us. We desire all our members to find a place of service in the church. WORSHIP God by His very nature deserves our praise, but all the more because of what He has done in us and for us. We will not fail to worship Him. RELATIONSHIPS Relationships allow us the opportunity to impact the lives of others and we will go to heroic lengths to show Christ’s love. We desire also to be a place that promotes and gives opportunity for Christian fellowship. EXCELLENCE We do everything with quality and excellence because we represent God in what we do.
